Conceived and brought to the market by Westhill and development arm Crown, the Panorama Villas complex has been designed so that all apartments and villas benefit from the magnificent views and nature that surround it. The design and sense of style of the panorama Villas complex is without parallel in the region; and it will be delivered with the primary emphasis on build and finish quality.

PANORAMA VILLAS will overlook holes four and five of the exciting new golf course designed by the famous international golfer and course designer, Ian Woosnam. A new road is planned from the golf course to Bansko which will leave Panorama Villas just 2km from the ski village.

Generally the development will meet the all latest and applicable European construction standards in respect to thermal efficiency and tolerances. Additionally, all the experience and detailing know-how gained from a combined 100-year plus of development experience in the English market will be employed to ensure the security of the future residual value and a minimum maintenance.

All glass will be double glazed and of a hermetically-sealed design complete with trickle vents; all units will be color-coordinated with the design scheme.

The Apartments and Villas

· A master cable/satellite TV distribution system will provide a selection of viewing options tailored to suit the occupier’s requirements.

· Telephone and internet points will also be offered each Apartment/Villa.

· All wet areas as standard will be complete with under-floor heating system and electric towel rail heaters.

· The Villas have an open fire place in living/dining area.

As an Additional Extra:

· As an extra the developer offers a choice of three contemporary furnishing packs

· As an extra the developer offers a choice of three Italian designer kitchens

· A Bespoke Furnishing and Kitchen design and installation service can also be offered

· An air-conditioning system can also be offered to provide summer and winter comfort conditions to each of the apartments and villas individually.

The Penthouses

· All the Penthouses are offered in a unique circular design.
